Our Velvet Wave hair starts with genuine donor hair.
The wave pattern is gently set using steam rather than chemically processed to manufacture the texture.
This creates its defined wave pattern while maintaining the quality of the underlying donor hair.
Compared with our looser wave textures, Velvet Wave gives you more definition, texture and fullness without moving into a tight curl pattern.
What to Expect From the Texture
Velvet Wave is a defined texture, so the wave pattern may soften slightly after washing and styling.
If you prefer more definition, the pattern can be refreshed during styling with moisture and a suitable wave or curl product.
Because you are buying genuine donor hair, you may also notice small natural differences in shade, strand thickness and overall appearance.

13×4 — Classic Frontal Coverage

Styling & Colouring
The hair can be washed, curled, straightened and professionally coloured or bleached.
If you’re bleaching the knots or colouring the hair, I recommend having this done professionally. Chemical processing can affect both the hair and the delicate lace if it isn’t handled carefully.

HD lace is delicate and needs to be handled differently from your bundles.
Be particularly careful around the hairline and parting area, and avoid excessive pulling, scratching or heavy product build-up on the lace.
Always detangle the hair gently, starting from the ends and working upwards.
Avoid pulling or brushing aggressively against the lace base.
Keep the Velvet Wave hair moisturised with lightweight products and avoid excessive build up.
When washing, support the lace and avoid rubbing or twisting it.
