Shipping
Delivery timeline becomes effective once processing time has ended. Once your order has been processed it will be despatched and you will receive a tracking number for your package.
Royal Mail Standard Tracked & signed (2-3 working days ) - £4.99
Royal Mail 1st Tracked & signed ( 1-2 working days) - £5.99
Express UK mainland (Next Working Day) - £9.99 ( Compensated up to £500)
Standard Europe 7-10 Days - from £16.50
America , Canada & Territories 4-15 days – from £35.00 via FEDEX
Orders placed over the weekend; Saturday & Sunday, are dispatched the next working day
Please note that the delivery times are from date of dispatch
The cut off for next day delivery is 3pm daily Monday – Friday
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional duty/ clearance charges incurred
Loving My Hair Quality are not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.
Delivery, Loss and Damage
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the delivery carrier. If you believe your parcel has been lost, stolen or damaged during transit, you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can open an investigation with the courier.
We will fully cooperate with the courier throughout their investigation. Refunds or replacements will only be considered once the courier has completed their investigation and confirmed the outcome.
We are not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by the courier where tracking confirms delivery or while the courier’s investigation is ongoing.
