Order processing timeline

• Hair Extensions, closures & Frontals: 1-3 business days

• Wig construction Service: 7-10 business days

Delivery

Delivery timeline becomes effective once processing time has ended. Once your order has been processed it will be despatched and you will receive a tracking number for your package.

• Express UK mainland (Next Working Day) - £8.00

• Standard Europe 7-10 Days  - from £16.50

• America , Canada & Territories 4-15 days – from £35.00 via FEDEX 

• Orders placed over the weekend; Saturday & Sunday, are dispatched the next working day

• Please note that the delivery times are from date of dispatch 

• The cut off for next day delivery is 3pm daily Monday – Friday 

• For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional duty/ clearance charges incurred

• LovingMy Hair Quality are not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.
