Returns and Exchanges

All goods purchased from LovingMy Hair Quality may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery.  Please notify us at info@lovingmyhairquality.co.uk or 07916799247 , within 48 hours of delivery if you intend to return an item for a refund, exchange or alteration (if eligible). Your order receipt must be included in the package along with the merchandise which must be returned within 7 days (bank holidays and weekends included).

We highly recommend that you use a delivery service which provides tracking, insurance and signature upon delivery. We will not be held liable for packages lost or stolen during transit. Upon receipt we will inspect the returned merchandise thoroughly and issue your refund or exchange accordingly (if eligible) Refunds will be issued within 3 business days , however may take longer for the funds to be cleared in your account depending on the banking provider you use.  Should we receive an item deemed used and not eligible for a refund or exchange, you will be notified via email and will have 30 days to make arrangements to have the item sent back to you at your own cost. After 3 days the item will be discarded. Please check eligibility below

USED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, due to the nature of these products and for hygienic purposes. Returns will only be considered for merchandise that is unaltered and remains intact with original bundle clips, wraps, and zip ties. Item will be deemed USED if the latter has been removed from the hair. If the hair has been manipulated in any way; including washing, curling, straightening. Bleaching, or undergone any other process which may have altered its original state, it will be deemed used and therefore not eligible for a return, refund or exchange. We advise that you examine the items received upon delivery to ensure you are entirely happy with the merchandise before removing tags etc.

Custom Made Wigs & Lace Items

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ALTERATIONS ONLY.

Made to order/custom made items & lace items ( lace closure, lace frontals ) are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

All sales are final, Custom made wigs are based on the measurements you provide. The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate head measurements are recorded. We will not be held liable for ill – fitting wigs due to inaccurate measurements.
