Custom Wig (Your Hair)

This is a wig construction service only. The hair is not included. We require for you to send the hair to us in order to have the unit created.

• Bleached knots

• Customised hairline ( light plucking )

• Combs / elastic band

TERMS OF THIS SERVICE

• Once you place your order you will receive an email with the address to send your hair.

• Please ensure your measurements are accurate – see MEASUREMENT GUIDE for instructions.

• Synthetic hair is not accepted for our wig construction service.

• A minimum of 2 bundles and a closure / frontal is required to create a custom unit.

• Previously worn ( used) bundles are accepted, however the hair MUST be detangled, freshly washed , completely dry and each bundle separated by length before sending to us, otherwise we will have no choice to cancel –your order and return the hair to you.

• We currently only accept the following size lace systems for custom wigs : 4” x 4” closure , 5”x 5” closure , 6”x 6” closure, 13”x 4” frontal.

• When sending the hair to us, we highly recommend that you use Royal Mail serviced with tracking, insurance and signature to ensure we receive your hair.

• You are responsible for the cost of sending the hair to us and also for it to be returned to you. You will be notified by email once we receive your hair and also when the unit is complete, so that you can arrange return. 

• Colouring, Hair cutting and removing the lace are not included in this service.
